That said, SEO articles are rather popular, so if I ended up so inclined, I'd write one and submit it on the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident in such a guy buying it but I might be confident in various other client buying it based on the popularity of the subject. So really, if this guy offers made 100 requests without bought a single content, my overall decision would be based on the topic's larger appeal.
