Look at the Lasik request compared to the SEO request. Both have 0s therefore to their purchase rating. I'd write for your Lasik customer without hesitation but I'd be a lesser amount of incliend to write for your SEO customer just based on how they worded their requests. Also, the date gives a person a clue too. The Lasik request is completely new. Now, if it were several weeks old and continue to showed a zero, I'd figure the client's not serious, but since it's a weekend along with the request is just on a daily basis or two old, then I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (providing obviously that I was thinking about writing about that specific topic). That said, SEO articles are quite popular, so if I were being so inclined, I'd write one and submit it to the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident within this guy buying it but I would be confident in another client buying it based on the popularity of the topic. So really, if this guy offers made 100 requests without having to bought a single content, my overall decision is based on the topic's wider appeal.
