Not sure about the feasibility and also logistics, but might be handy information. If you read your descriptions, you'll get a sense of whether your client is serious or certainly not. Look at the Lasik request as compared with the SEO request. Both have 0s therefore to their purchase rating. I'd write for this Lasik customer without doubt but I'd be a reduced amount of incliend to write for the SEO customer just based along the way they worded their asks for. Also, the date gives a person a clue too. The Lasik request is fresh. Now, if it were some weeks old and even now showed a zero, I'd figure the client's not serious, but since it's a weekend and also the request is just per day or two old, then I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (providing obviously that I was serious about writing about that special topic). That said, SEO articles are relatively popular, so if I were being so inclined, I'd write one and submit it to the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident with this guy buying it but We'd be confident in various other client buying it determined by the popularity of the subject. So really, if this guy has made 100 requests without having to bought a single article, my overall decision can be based on the topic's bigger appeal.

Think about also that newbie customers can be posting their calls intended for content on multiple freelance web pages. Look at the description for clues that it isn't really a CC exclusive request. This is tricky, but you get a feeling of CCspecific requests vs more generic requests. If it sounds like a canned request that's likely put here, there, and everywhere, then CC has a chance to shine!
