Look at the Lasik request compared to the SEO request. Both have 0s for purchase rating. I'd write for your Lasik customer without doubt but I'd be less incliend to write to the SEO customer just based on how they worded their asks for. Also, the date gives anyone a clue too. The Lasik request is brand new. Now, if it were three weeks old and even now showed a zero, I'd figure the buyer's not serious, but since it's a weekend along with the request is just every day or two old, then I'd give him the advantage of the doubt (providing certainly that I was considering writing about that distinct topic). That said, SEO articles are fairly popular, so if I were being so inclined, I'd write one and submit it on the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident within this guy buying it but We'd be confident in some other client buying it dependant on the popularity of the subject.
