I'd write for this Lasik customer without doubt but I'd be a reduced amount of incliend to write with the SEO customer just based on how they worded their asks for. Also, the date gives people a clue too. The Lasik request is new. Now, if it were some weeks old and continue to showed a zero, I'd figure the buyer's not serious, but since it's a weekend along with the request is just a day or two old, then I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (providing needless to say that I was thinking about writing about that special topic). That said, SEO articles are quite popular, so if I were so inclined, I'd write one and submit it towards SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident in this guy buying it but I'd personally be confident in other client buying it influenced by the popularity of the topic. So really, if this guy has made 100 requests and never bought a single posting, my overall decision could be based on the topic's larger appeal.
