Hi guys quick wonder. I work at Hollister and in my mall we also have an Abercrombie and Ruehl. Well I been employed by at Hollister for about 3 months and my store has alot of scheduling problems right now. we should keep hiring new people, But no ones quitting smoking. So the hours are getting worse and worse. We have like 115 people some thing on the roster. Anyways I have formerly talked to my store manager and Abercrombie's and Ruehls Store Managers. And the transffering process seems to be different by store by store basis. My question is this. The Ruehl manager has now said that if I want to work at Ruehl and I have to Quit and reinterview. The Abercrombie is gonna get back to me today. I originaly applied for model at my Hollister but a result of the hours then, I could only take impact. is usually fine. Btw when I talked to my store leader (It was before I talked to a store managers at A and Ruehl) She even credited herself that the hours are really bad. Now I have some quesions about all tranferring process.
4. What other things should I know about this whole process and also the risks in it?
